In January 2018, I decided to commit to writing my own workouts. I actually wrote out my workouts for a month but I only posted 3 weeks worth online. You can see my 4th weeks workouts pictured below. Each post has my workout of the day for a whole week. I typically workout 6 days a week and take one rest day. I hope you’ll try some out and let me know how you liked them!
